Welcome to TechDropHub. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, checkout system, payment services, delivery services, customer support, returns, refunds, and any other services provided by TechDropHub.

Because TechDropHub may use third-party fulfillment or supplier shipping, some products may have different processing times, delivery times, packaging, warranty terms, return conditions, or availability depending on the supplier and destination.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

TechDropHub is not responsible if you purchase an item that is not compatible with your device, country, charger, SIM card, network, app, software, plug socket, or operating system when this information was available or could reasonably be checked before purchase.

For wireless, telecom, SIM, eSIM, router, network, or signal-related products, actual performance may depend on local operator coverage, device bands, signal conditions, network congestion, and regulations.

We may provide guidance, but the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product meets their personal requirements before ordering.


6. Prices

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid, unless there was an obvious pricing error.

The total price shown at checkout may include:

Product price.

Delivery fee.

Payment processing fee, if applicable.

Customs or import-related charges, if clearly stated.

Other applicable charges shown before checkout.

We aim to show all required charges before you confirm your order.


7. Pricing Errors

Sometimes, a product may be listed with an incorrect price due to a technical error, supplier error, currency conversion issue, website bug, promotion mistake, or human error.

If a product is clearly priced incorrectly, TechDropHub has the right to cancel the order, even if payment has already been made.

8. Orders

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if:

The supplier cannot fulfill the product.

The customer information is incomplete or incorrect.

The delivery address is outside our supported area.

There is a pricing, stock, or product description error.

The customer previously abused returns, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

The order violates applicable law or our policies.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the paid amount using the original payment method or another agreed refund method.


9. Order Processing

Order processing usually begins after payment is successfully received.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Some products may be processed quickly from local stock, while supplier-shipped or international products may require extra time.

Processing may be delayed by:

Payment review.

Fraud checks.

Supplier confirmation.

Stock issues.

Customs documentation.

Public holidays.

Incorrect customer information.

High-demand periods.

Events outside our control.

We will do our best to update customers if there is a significant delay.


10. Payment

TechDropHub accepts the payment methods shown at checkout. These may include online card payment, KNET, payment link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other methods depending on availability.

You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

You will not use stolen cards, fake payment screenshots, unauthorized accounts, or fraudulent payment methods.

You will not abuse chargebacks or disputes.

Payment must be completed before we process or ship the order unless we clearly offer cash on delivery or another payment arrangement.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, TechDropHub may cancel the order, stop delivery, request return of the product, suspend your account, or take legal steps where necessary.


11. Payment Security

We do not intentionally collect or store full card numbers unless required through a secure payment provider. Payments are usually processed through third-party payment processors, banks, gateways, or Shopify-supported payment services.

Customers must not send full card details, card PINs, OTP codes, bank passwords, or sensitive banking information through WhatsApp, email, social media, or chat.

TechDropHub will never ask you for your bank password or card PIN.


12. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery options and estimated times will be shown on the website or provided by our support team.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

Orders may be delivered through:

Local courier.

International courier.

Supplier warehouse.

Dropshipping fulfillment partner.

Manufacturer or distributor shipping.

Third-party logistics provider.

Delivery time may vary depending on product type, supplier location, customs, courier performance, address accuracy, and external conditions.


13. Dropshipping and Supplier Fulfillment

Some products sold by TechDropHub may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers or warehouses.

This means:

Packaging may show supplier branding.

Products may be shipped from outside Kuwait.

Delivery may take longer than locally stocked items.

Tracking updates may take time to appear.

The order may arrive in more than one package.

Different items from the same order may arrive separately.

Customs inspection may delay delivery.

Supplier stock may change after you place the order.

If supplier fulfillment becomes impossible, we may offer an alternative product, wait for restock, or cancel and refund the order.


14. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Your delivery information should include:

Street.

House/building number.

Floor/apartment, if applicable.

Special delivery instructions, if needed.

If delivery fails because of incorrect information, unreachable phone number, customer absence, refusal to receive, or incomplete address, additional delivery fees may apply.


15. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage usually passes to the customer when the product is delivered to the address provided, handed to the customer, received by an authorized person at the address, or marked as delivered by the courier.

If you believe your order was not received, you must contact us quickly so we can investigate with the courier.


16. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Fees

For products shipped from outside Kuwait, customs inspections, duties, taxes, clearance fees, or import restrictions may apply.

The customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other government fees unless we clearly state that these are included in the price.

TechDropHub is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border inspection, import controls, or government decisions.


17. Returns and Exchanges

TechDropHub respects customer rights under Kuwait law.

Customers may request a return or exchange within the applicable legal period, subject to the product type, condition, packaging, and any lawful exclusions.

18. Non-Returnable or Restricted-Return Products

Some products may not be returnable, or may have limited return rights, depending on the law, hygiene, safety, activation status, digital nature, or product condition.

Opened hygiene-related items.

Earbuds, headphones, or wearable items if opened and used, where hygiene concerns apply.

Screen protectors after installation.

Activated digital codes, vouchers, software, subscriptions, licenses, gift cards, or digital products.

Downloadable products.

Used electronics with missing packaging or accessories.

Clearance products where the return limitation is legally allowed and clearly stated.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights you have under Kuwait law.


19. Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method where possible.

Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.

Delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, a wrong item, or another situation where the law requires a refund.

If the product was purchased using a coupon, discount, gift card, store credit, or promotional offer, the refund may reflect the actual amount paid.

If the order included a free gift or bundle offer, the gift or bundle item must also be returned in original condition. If it is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund where legally allowed.


20. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, we may offer:

If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference. If it costs less, we may refund the difference or issue store credit, depending on the situation and applicable law.

Where a warranty applies, it may not cover:

23. Product Use and Safety

TechDropHub is not responsible for damage, injury, data loss, device damage, overheating, fire, electrical issues, or other problems caused by misuse, incorrect installation, incompatible accessories, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions.

For products used by children, pets, elderly people, or vulnerable persons, adult supervision may be required.


24. Customer Responsibilities
